Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning goods purchased from www.sagawear.lt
By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Return Period
The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery or collection, provided that:
The goods and packaging are undamaged.
The seller has been informed in writing about the return.
2. Return Process
The buyer is responsible for the safe return of goods, both within Lithuania and internationally.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If the returned shipment is lost in transit or at a terminal, the buyer assumes responsibility for initiating searches or legal claims with the delivery service.
3. Non-Returnable Items
According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 6.228(10) Part 2 Clause 3, the following items cannot be returned:
Underwear
Custom-made items, including:
Adjusted length, waist, or hip measurements not matching our standard size chart
Items sewn or tailored to your personal measurements
4. Return of Quality Goods
When returning goods of suitable quality, the buyer must ensure:
The item is in its original condition (tags, protective films intact)
The item is clean, unworn, unused, undamaged, and retains its commercial appearance
All consumer properties are preserved
The seller reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
5. Return of Defective Goods
A product is considered defective if:
It has manufacturing defects or flaws not caused by the buyer
It is unrepairable or unsuitable for its intended use
A product is not considered defective if:
Its condition changed due to improper care or normal wear and tear
If defects are found upon unpacking:

If worn or used before reporting, the item may be considered damaged during use, and refunds or exchanges may be denied
According to Civil Code Article 6.363, the buyer cannot terminate the contract if the defect is minor and does not prevent normal use.
The seller will attempt to repair minor defects when possible. This does not limit the buyer’s rights under applicable laws.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days after the returned item is received and inspected.
The item must be in proper condition: undamaged, unaltered, with all original packaging and tags.
Refunds are made to the account specified in the return documentation.
7. Legal Basis
Returns and exchanges are governed by:
Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 697 “On the Approval of Retail Trade Rules” (2001-06-11)
