Shipping policy
This Delivery Policy outlines the timeframes and conditions for the preparation and shipment of orders placed through www.sagawear.lt.
1. Delivery Timeframe
- In-stock items are shipped or prepared for pickup within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Made-to-order items are shipped or prepared for pickup no later than the end of the specified production period, which typically takes 7–12 business days.
Note: The production period does not include shipping time.
2. Delays
- If any delays occur, we will contact you personally to inform you of the updated shipping or pickup timeframe.
- In the event of a production delay, we will notify you. If the revised timeframe is not acceptable, you may request a full refund.
3. Orders with Different Production Times
If your order includes multiple items and at least one of them requires production time, the entire order will be shipped only after the item with the longest production time is ready.
